New interchange and numbering for I-90 and I-5

A revised naming scheme for Seattle’s urban highways. Interstate 5 should be outside of the city, with spurs (I-105, I-590, and I-905) coming into the city. This would permit a reimagining of the roads in the city. (Google Maps with revisions by Ray Dubicki)
