Tickets are now on sale for our Annual Winter Holiday Party on December 4th! Join us for our biggest fundraiser and social gathering of the year with elected officials, transit advocates, housing professionals, and policy nerds as we celebrate 2026 and cast our eyes towards 2027.
The event will take place in South Lake Union at The Collective. We'll enjoy good company, food, and drinks in the lounge, nooks for smaller conversations, hammocks, and even a small bouldering wall for those seeking a little physical activity.
We expect to have some election victories to celebrate (make sure to vote and check out our endorsements). Plus, we'll hear from some of our favorite elected officials about their plans for 2027!
At the pre-reception, which will run from 6pm to 7pm, we will hear from our publishing team and board of directors in a more personal setting, as well as hear from Urbanist-endorsed elected officials. We’ll discuss where pressure and advocacy can make the biggest difference in 2027 — and how your support can help drive that change. VIP tickets also cover admission to the main event.
General admission begins at 7pm, with festive beverages and heavy appetizers provided. Swing by for an hour or stay for the evening; our general audience speaking program begins at 7:30pm, with plenty of time afterward to mingle and enjoy the evening.
We are also accepting a handful of volunteers for the event! Volunteers will be given access to the event if they take at least one shift staffing the front door. If you are interested in volunteering, reach out to Diego@theurbanist.org.
